I just uploaded another beta of feed2torrent.
This version will recognize if there are no pieces available and kill ctorrent if there are other pending torrent files.
It will also monitor for tracker errors (for example, unauthorized use) and if found, kill ctorrent and rename the torrent file to *.torrent.failed. A future version will log why the torrent was killed. The binary files retrieved will also be deleted since they are assumed empty, but this behavior may be changed.
These improvements alleviate the problem where a bunch of dead torrents were fetched and are clogging the queue. Note that if a torrent consistently has no parts and there are no waiting torrents, ctorrent will continue to run until you kill it (from CTCS).
Hopefully some of this functionality will leak back into ctorrent. Or at least some friendly output.
Also, I would love some feedback. Please drop me a note on the support email at slackyon.org.
