Seems Intalio has bought FiveSight. FiveSight has an opensource BPEL engine (Intalio has a closed source one) named PXE.
You may have seen PXE embedded in ServiceMix.

In the first quarter of 2006, Intalio will release Intalio|BPMS Community Edition and Intalio|BPMS Enterprise Edition. The two editions share the exact same code base, therefore will be made available as a single .zip file through a single distribution.
