Just bought a new PowerBook G4. The right speaker doesn't work, so I sent it in for repair, but it was returned in 24 hours with a note stating it worked within specifications.
Below is the text of the letter.
What's a pisser is that the new PowerBooks are locked down tight. You can't even remove the hard drive (in case you want to swap drives with an older model while the new one is in the shop). So I can't get a voltmeter on the leads, or even visually inspect if the wires are attached, without some sort of microscopic allen wrench. bastards...
